IMPORTANT: Bidding in the last 3 seconds of an auction is at your own risk and not advisable. Bids you place in that period may reach our servers after the auction ends; there is no recourse in that event. Further, NEVER set your bid bot in that period, as bid bots take around 3 seconds to kick in. During that time, it is preferable to risk a manual bid before setting a bid bot. See our FAQs for more.

WARNING. We are a young technology platform dealing with highly advanced systems. While we have taken significant precautions to ensure that we have addressed many potential issues, we are human, and this is not fool proof (e.g., an interruption or congestion in the network, issues in fault tolerance, acts of god or other matters may cause an auction to be paused, or the timer to reach zero before the next Bid Bot fires). In these circumstances we do have a full ledger of all bids and, if need be, we can resume the auction from where we left off. We also go through an audit and auction integrity process at the end of each auction before confirming the results. As we grow, however, our system will become more resilient, as is the case with all technology-centric products.
