ThemeWorlder Holdings, Inc. has decided to wind down operations of Lootverse, LootNFT, Loot Arena, Satoshi's Lounge, NeoAI and associates sites and applications by December 31, 2025. To ensure our community isn't left empty-handed, we've reached a good-faith, arm's-length agreement with the NeoWorlder group to carry on the Lootian storyline. As we conclude the Lootian Project, we're excited to transition to the New Worlds project (NeoWorlds)—a platform built from the ground up that draws on the original story while charting its own path.

1. Retire & Claim
   If you held BUNs, Plots, Arena Art, Credits or Tickets in Lootverse, you will be invited to register a Retirement & Claim request. NeoWorlds will mint new assets for you once their early-adopter window closes.
2. Acquire the Codebase and Business
   Studios, DAOs, and founders seeking to jump-start their metaverse projects can submit offers for the complete Lootverse package: source code, art assets (non-NFT), and the full smart-contract suite. This can also include domain names, additional assets and we will also consider the sale of the business as a going concern.

• Do I have to move? No. If you do nothing your Lootverse items stay put until the site sunsets.
• Is NeoWorlds the same company? No, NeoWorlds, LLC is part of the NeoWorlder group and operates as a completely separate entity. While it remains lore-friendly, its product is entirely distinct and was built from the ground up.
• Will my old items disappear? No. They'll remain viewable in the Lootverse ledger until the final shutdown.
• Is there a cost to claim? NeoWorlds charges a one-time USD 10 commercial-account fee when you eventually register a commercial account. All other fees are handled by NeoWorlds. Note that this fee may be waived for the claimants (Lootian early adopters).
• I didn't receive an invite to claim assets for the NeoWorlder platform, what should I do? Note that owners and other prohibited stakeholders of ThemeWorlder—such as ex-employees, as determined by the officers of ThemeWorlder Holdings, Inc.—excluding bona fide independent advisors and curators—are barred from participating in the Claim program.
